AMIDOSE SHIPPING POLICY
Effective date:
1. TERRITORY, SERVICE AND CHARGES
Launch shipping is limited to approved clinic businesses in the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., excluding U.S. territories and international destinations. AMIDOSE selects carrier/service internally to fit confirmed handling requirements and the destination. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees; no processing cutoff or customer carrier selector is promised.
Customer shipping charges are shown in the request/order and invoice. Internal postage, package choices and label costs do not silently change an accepted customer charge. Signature or additional declared-value/insurance coverage is selected case by case after carrier terms/cost review, not automatically added. Any extra customer charge requires prior agreement; claim coverage is not guaranteed.
2. OWNERSHIP AND TRANSIT RISK
Ownership transfers when the clinic or its designated recipient actually receives the goods at the agreed business delivery address. AMIDOSE bears transit loss or damage risk until that actual receipt. Label creation, carrier handoff, an attempted delivery or a tracking scan alone is not treated as actual receipt. Tracking is evidence, not conclusive proof of receipt if delivery is disputed.
Disputed receipt, delivery refusal, failed delivery and clinic-requested rerouting require individual review; these events do not automatically transfer risk to the clinic. Any different order-specific arrangement must be expressly agreed by AMIDOSE and the clinic and remain subject to applicable rights. Receipt does not waive shortage, defect or other applicable claims. Carrier reimbursement or insurance recovery is not guaranteed and is not made a condition of reviewing the clinic's applicable rights.
Payment and expressly approved-credit obligations remain separate and unchanged. This policy creates no title-retention or security-interest clause.
3. HANDLING AND PACKAGING
Before shipping an affected product, AMIDOSE obtains confirmed supplier handling/ transport instructions, verifies applicable requirements and confirms carrier/ service acceptance. Supplier confirmation alone is not regulatory qualification. Temperature, insulation, shelf life or validated transit duration is not inferred from a render or catalog placeholder. If a required fact is missing, only the affected shipment is held for clarification and the clinic is contacted.
Actual packed dimensions and weight are confirmed before label purchase. An operational estimate is not a packing specification or permission to silently change an accepted customer charge.
4. ADDRESS CHANGES AND SHIPMENT UPDATES
Send address-change requests or delivery questions to office@amidose.com for individual review. A request does not guarantee interception or rerouting.
After confirmed carrier handoff and available tracking, AMIDOSE sends a manual operational update with the order reference, carrier and tracking details, not product/SKU names. Label creation alone is not shipment or confirmed handoff.
5. DELIVERY PROBLEMS AND CLAIMS
Report delay, loss, shortage, damage, wrong items or another problem to office@amidose.com promptly after discovery. Include the order reference and a business-only description. Focused packaging/damage photos may be requested when useful; do not include patient information. There is no blanket customer reporting cutoff, but applicable deadlines must be respected.
AMIDOSE coordinates carrier claims and updates the clinic. The clinic is not required to manage the carrier alone. A carrier result, payout, replacement or resolution time is not guaranteed.
6. CORRECTIVE SHIPPING
AMIDOSE covers approved corrective shipping for its errors. Clinic-caused costs, such as an incorrect supplied address, are discussed and agreed before proceeding. Carrier loss/damage is reviewed individually; the clinic is not automatically charged. Applicable rights and expressly agreed order-specific terms remain.
