AMIDOSE PRIVACY POLICY
Effective date:
1. WHO WE ARE
NASA 1 Inc., d/b/a AMIDOSE ("AMIDOSE," "we," "us" or "our") operates a clinic-only business portal. This policy covers information handled for clinic applicants, business contacts, authorized account users and participants in enabled, approved referral or commission workflows. The portal is not a consumer store or patient-care service.
Do not submit patient names, medical records, diagnoses, prescriptions, treatment details or other patient information through the portal or correspondence. If sent accidentally, contact us without repeating it. We handle such reports manually, limit unnecessary forwarding, involve necessary authorized personnel and request a business-only replacement while reviewing appropriate handling.
2. INFORMATION WE HANDLE
Depending on the services you use, information may include:
- Business and contact information: organization name, contact name, business email and telephone number, application status and related correspondence.
- Account information: account and organization identifiers, access role/status, sign-in and security events, invitations and account preferences.
- Shipping and transaction information: business shipping contacts/addresses, order and invoice references, purchased items, quantities, prices, totals, payment methods/status/references, shipping/tracking information where enabled, purchase-order references and business-only notes.
- Approved referral/commission information: relationship and referral references, commission records and, where an approved payout-destination workflow is enabled, account holder, bank name, routing/account information or payment- destination email/mobile number needed for the selected method. These are payment destinations, not bank-login credentials. Disabled workflows do not collect information merely because they are described here.
- Approved business documents and operational information: authorized files/ metadata, account activity, audit records and technical/security information. Hosting/security records may include network addresses, browser/device details and request/access information.
Information comes from business submissions, authorized business representatives, portal activity and enabled referral/operational workflows. Card processing is disabled at launch. Do not submit card numbers, security codes, bank-login credentials or passwords in business notes or correspondence.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use necessary information to review applications, administer accounts and access, process purchase requests and orders, maintain invoices and financial records, coordinate approved payment and fulfillment operations, provide support, operate approved referral/commission workflows, and maintain security, audit and required business records.
Launch email use is operational only, not promotional. Access communications include invitations and password-reset instructions when enabled. Order, invoice, shipping, support and service/policy correspondence may be provided through available business channels. A portal status alone does not confirm an outgoing message or its delivery.
4. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
We do not sell business contact lists or share them for third-party advertising. Necessary information may be handled by service providers for hosting and infrastructure, security and technical support, business communications, and shipping/fulfillment when enabled. Access is limited to the information needed for the service and its authorized business purpose.
Approved referral/commission participants receive only information they are authorized to receive for that workflow, not permission for unrelated use or contact-list advertising. We may disclose information in response to a valid legal requirement, subject to applicable law.
5. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGY
Cookies and similar mechanisms support sign-in/session security, cart and order functions, and account preferences. Enabled referral attribution may use a separate referral cookie or reference to associate a business relationship. Referral attribution is distinct from cookies necessary to sign in.
Advertising trackers and optional visitor analytics are excluded from our launch scope. Browser settings may let you manage cookies; blocking functional cookies can prevent sign-in or other portal functions from working. Hosting/security operations may separately process technical request information for reliability, monitoring and abuse prevention, rather than optional visitor analytics or ads.
6. RETENTION AND MANUAL REVIEW
We review retention by record type. Our starting manual review points are:
| Record category | Manual review point |
|---|---|
|
Orders/ | 7 years after the latest applicable date: transaction settlement, resolution of a related dispute, or related tax-return filing |
|
Partner account/ | While active, then 12 months after closure |
|
Rejected/ | 12 months after final decision or last meaningful business interaction |
| Routine support correspondence | 2 years after the matter is resolved |
|
Routine technical/ | 90-day review target, subject to actual platform retention behavior |
These are review points, not automatic erasure dates or universal legal deadlines. No retention-triggered automatic deletion is established. Records may remain longer for applicable accounting, tax, insurance, contractual, dispute, investigation or legal-hold requirements. Necessary transaction history is retained when an account closes. Supporting correspondence follows the related transaction's retention needs.
The log review target does not promise logs remain available for 90 days; some rotate sooner. Proposed disposal is reviewed manually for necessity, obligations and safe handling. Session/security-token expiration and existing platform log/ backup rotation are separate processes. Copies may have different retention periods; removal from backups is not necessarily immediate. Those processes do not authorize automatic deletion of the business records listed above.
7. SECURITY
We use access controls and security measures designed to reduce unauthorized access and support authorized business operations. No internet service or security measure guarantees that compromise is impossible. Protect your account credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
8. PRIVACY REQUESTS, COMPLAINTS AND APPEALS
Send requests or questions to office@amidose.com. Adrian Mota reviews them manually. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity or authority before disclosure or a change. Do not send patient information, passwords or unnecessary identity documents.
Depending on applicable law and circumstances, rights may include access or a copy, correction, deletion or other privacy rights. We assess requests and any permitted retention exceptions individually and respond within applicable requirements. The absence of automatic deletion does not mean an applicable deletion request is ignored.
Privacy complaints and any appeal available under applicable law may use the same contact. This policy does not restrict rights to contact a regulator or require waiver of rights provided by applicable law.
9. PROCESSING LOCATIONS
Our launch sales territory is the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., not U.S. territories or international sales destinations. Sales territory is not a guarantee of exclusively U.S. processing. Hosting, communications, monitoring and support services may process limited information outside the United States.
10. POLICY UPDATES
Updates will show a revised date. We provide appropriate notice of material changes where required, using suitable available service communications. A policy update does not itself authorize a new use inconsistent with applicable requirements.
